Ala Eddine Slim is a Tunisian filmmaker and founder of Exit Productions, one of the first independent production structures in Tunisia. His films received several awards, most notably: Grand Prix FID Marseille for his film Babylon (2012), the Lion of the Future at the Venice Film Festival for his film The Last of Us and Directors’ Fortnight of the Cannes Film Festival for his film Tlamess (2019).
