Cyrine Gannoun graduated from the Sorbonne nouvelle in Performing Arts and has been a professional actress since her youth. She has acted in the theatre as well as in front of the camera of Salma Baccar and others. An expert in management and cultural policy, she gives conferences and seminars on cultural policies, cultural industries and cultural sponsorship.
In 2014, following the formation of a technocratic government to govern Tunisia for a year, she was asked by the Minister of Culture, Mr. Mourad Sakli, to join his team and take up the position of advisor in charge of the Ministry of Culture. In 2015, she became director of the El Hamra Theatre and directed "Le Radeau" with Majd Abou Matar which won more than 10 international awards.
In 2018, Cyrine Gannoun won the Woman Entrepreneur of the Year Award - Culture Sector, a branded event organized by Le Magazine le Manager. In 2019, she created an international festival for theatre called the Ezzeddine Gannoun Festival which is held every year.
In 2020, she became a member of the scientific committee of the High Institute of Dramatic Art of Tunis, while teaching cultural management at the University of Paris-Dauphine Tunis.
She has given several trainings and conferences in management and cultural policy in Tunisia and abroad. In 2021, Cyrine Gannoun directed and wrote two new artistic works "Behind the sun" a dance theatre solo with the interpreter Achraf Ben Haj Mbarek as well as "Pieces of women" which won the Best Theatrical Text at Sharm Cheikh International Festival in November 2021.
