Tajalla is a cultural association with thirty years of experience in cultural and artistic management. Tajalla works towards incubating serious cultural projects that stem from the needs of local communities. It has professionally managed to commensurate the components and tools of each community and its backgrounds.
Tajalla bases its projects on special artistic creativity presented in each society from distinctive history and facts. It believes in the role of culture and arts in promoting the authentic local identity in modern and creative ways that differ from one project/society to another.
Tajalla’s strength in cultural work comes from its extended relationships with the local communities/cultural and governmental institutions/independent artists, in addition to preserving the local cultural identity through various artistic activities and projects, including visual and performing arts and handicrafts, Tajalla always conducts research and studies to understand societies before launching any project in order to reach people wherever they are and provide their cultural requirements.

Al-Rass aims at establishing a kernel of a long-term cultural alliance that will achieve tangible results in the cultural field, allowing the use of available resources in Jordan. In light of the absence in clarity and effectiveness of policies that protect cultural work in Jordan; such an alliance will form a state of societal solidarity that contributes in creating new collective cultural awareness to reach active policies and legislation which aims to encourage cultural work by ensuring its growth and sustainability.
Through focusing on clarifying the importance of culture and arts in societal change to ensure development and strive for more effective results and impact on societies in Jordan, “Al-Rass” will develop a training component that contributes to enhance mutual learning and benefit from existing experiences of cultural models in Jordan and the region. Creating a state of useful rapprochement to enhance the development and sustainability of the cultural ecosystem.
