Ammar Kessab

Ammar Kessab is an Algerian Governance Expert at the African Development Bank and a specialist in public management. He often collaborates with regional and international organizations in the field of governance of cultural diversity, culture & development, and cultural policies. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the African Culture Fund and a founding member of the Trans-Saharan Artistic Mobility Fund (TSAMF). He is deeply involved in the cultural debate in Africa and in the Arab region and has published several chapters in books and articles.
