Sabri Zekri

Experimental theatre performance blending two traditional Iranian theatre genres of visual narrative (Naqali and Parde-khani) which engage both acting and music. Based on the last half-century in Iran’s life and the stormy events during that period, the performance subtly conveys a prognosis for the future via the dialogue between an actor, artist and musician who relate one of the many traditional Iranian fables.
