(Framing)Revolution Project - a partnership between Natasja Van 'T Westende representing Dancing on the Edge, and Ahmed Hassen Mohamed representing Eltak3Iba Center For Artistic And Cultural Development
(Framing) Revolution reflects the situation of the Egyptian Revolution two years after the start and asks if – after hope, despair, and disillusion – is now a time for an inner revolution? Research took place among people in The Netherlands and in Egypt, and the results of this project and process are presented in three different ways: a film installation A Smashed Paradise, a live interactive film installation named REVO--ثوره , as well as graffiti works, which resulted from a number of workshops in Cairo.
