What does it take to follow a vision of cultural empowerment in two entirely different contexts? Why do cultural activists and the public engage with the arts?
“Can we afford a vision” represents a mutual exchange and consists of a series of workshops, social gatherings, and a documentary film project, organized by Other Music Academy (Weimar, Germany) and Maison Des Cinéastes (Nouakchott, Mauritania).
