Hamida El Heliwi

This public sector project, proposed by Hamida Hlioui is based at the Regional Institute for Music in Kairouan but will be managed by an independent association. It aims at revitalizing the cultural life in Kairouan and consolidating the role of the Cultural Houses in social change, through creating groups of musicians which would attract young people and other artists in the region.
