Haytham Abdulrazaq is a professional actor and theater director who presented several works in the Iraqi National Theater and participated in Arab and international festivals. He graduated in 1977 and pursued his master's and Ph.D.
Between 2003 and 2021, he worked as an assistant professor at the Institute of Fine Arts where he headed the theater department for three years. Abdulrazaq acted on National TV and in international films. He also conducted academic research on scenographic performance and performing arts and established the continuous exercise space workshop that offers professional training for actors and directors. He served as a member and head of the jury at Culture Resource and AFAC as well as Arab and international festivals. He is also a member of the Iraqi Artists Syndicate and the Iraqi International Theater Institute. Abdulrazaq founded the media and art department at Mashreq University in collaboration with the American University.
