Shagaf Association for Digital Expression is a non-profit association that was established in Palestine in 2015. It aims at empowering youth digitally to be able to express themselves, their concerns and issues with digital tools such as video production, podcasting, photography and texts, in addition to blogging, digital media and advocacy. Shaghaf seeks to empower women on becoming independent and leading entrepreneurs through organizing workshops and inspiring meet-ups with the “She” initiative. Shaghaf works to enrich the Arabic and Palestinian content on the web through media elements produced by Palestinian youth within projects run by Shaghaf.
It also works on building a strong visual identity for youth and women
when creating and developing their content and productions. Shaghaf has launched audiovisual and cultural projects, especially in photography.
Shagaf has recently launched the "Nofeedo" platform, which means "we benefit", that gathers talented content creators and allows them to produce, develop, enhance their content and then publish it to the public.

Digital Art Network - An alliance between Atabet Fann For Arts, Media And Training, Art To Heart, and Shaghaf For Digital Expression
Digital Arts Network is an alliance of three Palestinian organisations working in the arts and culture sector: Atabet Fann, Shagaf for Digital Expression and Art to Heart. In the short term, the Alliance aims to establish a “Digital Arts Network” by developing the capacities and infrastructure of the partners in areas related digital arts. Through a participatory approach, the Alliance will analyse the needs of its potential target audiences and develop a sustainable cross-institutional collaborative model capable of contributing to the social and economic development with focus on enhancing the role of cultural economy in Palestine.
On the long run, the Alliance will contribute to the social change and economic development by influencing policies and legislations related to creative industries in Palestine; supporting a creative digital eco-system that empowers independent artists, builds capacities, and creates new cross-border income-generating opportunities, particularly for marginalised groups including persons with disabilities, women and youth.
