Estabrak Al Ansari: Received a grant to travel from Britain to Morocco. She will participate in the Marrakech Biennale, which is a non-profit organization that aims to position Marrakech as a platform for contemporary art in Africa, the Middle East, and the Mediterranean.
Edward Maallem: Received a grant to travel from Palestine to Tunisia. He will participate in a workshop organized within the framework of the N’eeshou Fann project that supports the decentralization of cultural work as well as culture and arts in marginalized areas.
Mohamed Tahiri: Received a grant that supports the travel of seven artists from the music band Hawssa from Morocco to Egypt. The band will give a concert as part of the activities of the fifth edition of the D-CAf Festival in Cairo.
Rami Atallah: Received a grant for four artists from the Band Shoukran Jazzilan band to travel from Egypt to Jordan to participate in the fifth edition of the Amman Jazz Festival.
Abdellatif Benfaidoul: Received a grant to facilitate the travel of ten artists coming from the United States, France, Germany, Netherlands, and Switzerland to Morocco. The artists will attend the Art of Media workshop that consists of seminars on the culture of media arts.
Kamilya Jubran: Received a grant to travel from France to Egypt. She will participate and design the Cycles project that focuses on musical and artistic capacity building.
Nesrine Chaabouni: Received a grant to facilitate the travel of two artists from Tunisia to Jordan to participate in the 10th edition of the Zakharef in Motion Festival, taking place in Amman. The festival aims to introduce its audience to the language of contemporary dance, and to contribute to fighting the negative culture of shame and “haram” that is widely associated with the human body.
Fidaa Ataya: Received a grant to travel from Palestine to Beirut to participate in capacity building workshops on Playback Theater.
Fadia Al Tannir: Received a travel grant from Lebanon to Tunisia to supervise and conduct a workshop about how to make puppets for the children of the Beni M’Tir area in the Jandouba district.
Bahaa Ansary: Received a grant to travel from France to Egypt to participate in the International Forum on Heritage and Modernity that will discuss the relationship between music heritage and contemporary musical trends.
