Music Workshops and Performance
Route: Palestine → Lebanon
Travel Plan: Iyad Staiti will participate in organizing intensive music workshops that will culminate in a large concert at Al Madina Theater in Beirut. The performance will bring together music students from Al Kamandjati and Beit Atfal Assumoud, their professors and professional Palestinian musicians. The proceeds from the concert will go to the Musical Scholarship Program for music students from the Shatila and Burj Barajneh refugee camps in Lebanon. The fund supports the tuition expenses and the costs of instruments for about 65 music students.

Annual Al Kamandjati concert
The Mawa3eed grant supports partially the travel of Eight Palestinian musicians from Palestine to Lebanon to work together with a group consisting of musicians from the Lebanese National Higher Conservatory of Music and from the Al Kamandjati Association in Lebanon. Together, they will prepare for the annual Al Kamandjati concert which will take place in Al Madina theatre in Beirut on 16 August 2018.

Al Kamandjati Festival
The association will invite the Iraqi traditional music ensemble Maqamat Baghdadia to take part in Al Kamandjati Festival, an international festival dedicated to spiritual and traditional music, organized annually by the association and will be held this year in Palestine from 5 to 22 April 2018 .

Cooperation between them and the French artist Titi Robin
4 Palestinian musicians who play oriental, spiritual and improvisational music and music from Palestinian heritage: The group obtained a grant to support their travel from Palestine to France for an artistic cooperation between them and the French artist Titi Robin in order to produce 15 music tracks and present a musical show.

Artistic residency in Saint Michel – Maasser Al Chouf
Ramzi Abou Radwan received a grant to support his travel with 12 Palestinian musicians from Kamandjati association from Ramallah to Beirut. The musicians will participate in an artistic residency in Saint Michel – Maasser Al Chouf with 7 Palestinian musicians living in Lebanon. The musicians will perform on August 11 in the UNESCO Palace
