Ghita Khaldi is a cultural projects manager, and founder of the Moroccan NGO Afrikayna for intercultural exchange, development, and cooperation in Africa. In this context, she designs, writes, and directs numerous training, cooperation, co-production, and artistic dissemination programs, including the first Moroccan fund for artistic mobility in Africa: Africa Art Lines and the project around the Library of Traditional African Music Instruments. Ghita has been in charge of the coordination and production of the L’boulevard Festival in Casablanca since 2014 and is the actual coordinator of artistic production for the Gnaoua and World Music Festival of Essaouira. She is also involved as an expert/consultant for various programs such as the International Fund for Cultural Diversity (IFCD) and has been involved in several regional and international networks for arts and culture as a board member: Music in Africa Foundation, International Music Council, and African Culture Fund. She recently founded the South-Sawt Company for cultural engineering and consultancy.
