Methrah for Arts and Culture

Methrah for Arts and Culture is a non-profit organization established in 2018, based in the house of the famous Jordanian writer and scholar “Rocks Bin Zayed Al Uzaizi” in Madaba. The organization aims to enhance the skills of local youth artists from Madaba, activate the concept of non-systematic education among youth, and integrate artists from different groups and backgrounds from the community. Methrah has succeeded in creating a diverse culture and linking the local youth community with the public and private sectors to improve, develop, and reflect the city’s youth identity.
