Cultural Collaboration From The Scratch Project - a partnership between Fatima Alhashmi representing Ministry of Culture and Knowledge Development, and Miljenka Buljevic representing Association For Promotion Of Cultures Kulturtreger
Partners want to initiate international collaborations between UAE and Croatia and create opportunities for international exchange of artists. The project is a research and production process (cultural incubator) resulting in new cultural content, knowledge and practices. The collaboration experience will be recorded step by step and exposed to public scrutiny.
