Mohab Saber is a cultural manager who has spent the past 15 years working at the intersection of arts, culture, civic engagement, and social change across the MENA region. His work has focused on supporting cultural practitioners as field catalysts and building cultural ecosystems that foster long-term collaboration and impact. He currently serves as Senior Coordinator for MENA programs at the International Alumni Centre (iac Berlin), where he leads initiatives that promote regional collaboration and knowledge exchange. Previously, he was the Regional Lead Coordinator of All-Around Culture, an EU-funded program hosted by MitOst e.V. in Berlin. Mohab began his career as Executive Director of ElMadinea Arts in Egypt and deepened his expertise through a fellowship at Ashoka in the United States, focusing on cultural entrepreneurship and participatory governance. He holds a Master’s in Arts and Cultural Management from Leuphana University of Lüneburg and a Bachelor’s in Theatre Criticism from Alexandria University.
