Najwa Kondakji is a performing art, theater and art of film instructor at the Communication Arts Department, Lebanese International University (2014-2021).
She has been a Program Manager at Karama- Beirut HRFF since 2016.
She worked as an actress and director in several community centers and educational institutions. Her career extended to working in various fields of art such as film, TV production and other media productions. Najwa worked as a TV producer at MBC in the “Studio Beirut” program for two years. From 2013 to 2015, she was the coordinator of Beirut Spring Festival, organized by Samir Kassir Foundation. She also worked as an assistant producer at BBC Arabic Radio for the discussion program “Al Maqha Souri” between 2016 and 2017. Najwa received her Master's degree in Fine Arts specializing in directing for drama, theater and film from the Russian Institute of Theatre Arts in Moscow in 1993. She also holds a Ph.D. in Fine Arts from the Lebanese University in Beirut in 2021.
