Renad Shqeirat

Renad Shqeirat is a Palestinian architect with extensive expertise in architecture, rehabilitation, culture, and education. She worked with Riwaq from 2008 to 2019, implementing various design, planning, and community projects. During her time at Riwaq, she integrated her passions, interests, and skills to develop creative and innovative initiatives, including interactive mapping and trails, green design approaches, and unique collaborations with the educational sector to integrate cultural heritage values into the school curriculum. She further honed her expertise in the cultural sector as the director of the Khalil Sakakini Cultural Center. Currently, she works as a teacher and head of the Interior Architecture Department at AAUP.
