The Khoudh w Hat project submitted by Selma Alhibi of the independent Masar Association for Culture and Development aims to promote the culture of filmmaking through interactive and participatory mobile workshops in culturally underserved areas of Manouba, providing an estimated 240 young people with tools for creative expression through film and movie production skills.
