The National Institution of Social Care and Vocational Training (NISCVT), known as Beit Atfal Assumoud (BAS), is a humanitarian non-governmental organization, non-religious, not related to any political party that was established in 1976 after the massacre of Tal El-Zaatar refugee camp. It works among Palestinian communities in Lebanon and aims at offering care for children who had lost both of their parents in the massacre.
