Think Tanger

The publication project aims to document the ESP experience by drawing on the real and accumulated expertise of cultural actors, practitioners and artists who have worked to build a cultural sector across the Arab region under genuine constraints. It presents this experience in a creative format that deserves to be read and shared.

Think Tanger's project will focus on two main components:
- the digital transformation of cultural organizations that are part of the core group, which involves integrating digital technology into all aspects of their operations, resulting in a radical shift in how they function and deliver value to their audiences. This transformation focuses on improving decision-making processes, internal communication, and space management. The goal is to boost operational efficiency, foster collaboration, and improve the cultural audience's experience;
- strengthening team capacity-building efforts through organizing a series of local workshops and training sessions; focusing on creating and developing a comprehensive business model, and planning visits to Tunisia and Egypt to meet with partners.

Our Tandem partnership is a collaboration between complementary synergies in order to build a methodology of working together in the city. The principal concept is sharing our skills in creating some temporary urban and interactive installations in Turin and Tangier, experimenting an unusual way of using public space.
