A music workshop organized by El Genaina Theatre in association with the Norwegian Embassy in Cairo under the supervision of the Grammy award winning musician and composer Fathy Salama and Norwegian musicians. The workshop aims to train the young musicians in music composition, arrangement, rhythm, song and live performance.
Injazz 2009:
The music workshop was held in November under the supervision of the musician and composer Fathy Salamah and the Norwegian musicians Trygve Seim, Øyvind Brække, Lars Andreas Haug.
Forty musicians took part in the workshop which was concluded with two concerts the first one at El Garage Theatre – Jesuit Cultural Centre in Alexandria and the second one at El Genaina Theatre.
