Artِ to Heart is a Palestinian non-profit organization that was established in Nablus in 2018. It aims at giving people with disabilities the right to participate in the artistic and cultural scene in Palestine, on an equal basis with the rest of society.
The organization works to empower people with disabilities and marginalized groups in Palestine socially, psychologically and economically through inclusive participatory arts as well as artistic and cultural practices. The organization seeks to create a safe environment for creativity that celebrates their talents, promotes their social integration, and contributes to raising public awareness of their issues and transmitting them to policy decision-makers.
The organization is committed to implementing international laws and conventions for persons with disabilities, while preserving the spirit of its work and local ethics, in order to achieve a real integration of its members with disabilities.

Digital Art Network - An alliance between Atabet Fann For Arts, Media And Training, Art To Heart, and Shaghaf For Digital Expression
Digital Arts Network is an alliance of three Palestinian organisations working in the arts and culture sector: Atabet Fann, Shagaf for Digital Expression and Art to Heart. In the short term, the Alliance aims to establish a “Digital Arts Network” by developing the capacities and infrastructure of the partners in areas related digital arts. Through a participatory approach, the Alliance will analyse the needs of its potential target audiences and develop a sustainable cross-institutional collaborative model capable of contributing to the social and economic development with focus on enhancing the role of cultural economy in Palestine.
On the long run, the Alliance will contribute to the social change and economic development by influencing policies and legislations related to creative industries in Palestine; supporting a creative digital eco-system that empowers independent artists, builds capacities, and creates new cross-border income-generating opportunities, particularly for marginalised groups including persons with disabilities, women and youth.
