Khadija Farhi

Khadija Farahi holds a State Doctorate in Private Law and a Postgraduate Diploma, with expertise in Civil Law and Business Law. She is a professor at Hassan II University, teaching subjects such as Civil Liability, Criminology, and General Criminal Law. She has also taught Cultural Legislation in an international Master’s program. Her notable works include publications on "Brain Death" and "Family Mediation in Morocco." She is currently the Coordinator of the MA in Alternative Dispute Resolution Techniques in Mohammedia and a member of several mediation organizations.
